USCIS is Now Accepting DACA Renewals

USCIS has now released instructions on how to renew your DACA. Thanks to an injunction by a San Francisco judge, DACA renewals will once again be accepted by Immigration. Below are the guidelines:

You may qualify for a DACA renewal if your DACA expired on or after September 5, 2016.

If you current DACA is valid and will expire in the next 5- 6 months, you may qualify for a renewal at this time.

If your DACA or DACA renewal was denied by USCIS you may qualify to re-apply at this time.

If you have never filed for DACA, unfortunately you may not file at this time.
